We first connected with Laurie in the summer of 2014 regarding the opportunity to learn how to use a HELOC to pay down our mortgage quickly and safely.  Laurie met with us a number of times to educate us on the process and help evaluate our financial situation.  Once we all agreed it was a good fit, Laurie was there for us during every step of the setup process and continues to be a great resource for us when the occasional question pops up!  We truly appreciate her counsel.  Through Laurie's guidance we have been able to rapidly increase our equity, while at the same time leveraging our money to enjoy a few of the "extra" things in life including new toys (boat and UTV) and amazing family vacations.  In the two years since implementing the strategy we have paid down about $84,000 all without making sacrifices to our monthly spending. We've been able to take better control of our financial situation and spend less time worrying about money, and more time enjoying life!
